Carat is the carnauba wax with the highest carnauba and PTFE (Teflon) content that Swissvax produces – and the latest creation of our manufactory. 81% Vol. natural carnauba wax combined with maximum PTFE content delivers a finish that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of gloss, depth and resilience.

The result lasts 9 to 12 months: during this time Carat protects the paint against UV radiation, dirt and environmental influences without altering the character of the colour. The PTFE content ensures that water and dirt particles find barely any grip on the sealed surface.

Carat is applied exclusively by hand. The unique fragrance evokes a deep stone cave in the forest: fresh, cool, with stony notes reminiscent of the clarity and hardness of gemstones.

Suitable for all gloss paints – particularly for sports cars, collection vehicles and concours cars where the finish takes centre stage.
